Physical Products:

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES

Our warehouse processes and ships all orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). After placing your order, your package should be shipped within 7-15 business days.

You will receive an email with the tracking number shortly after.

WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED IN ONE PACKAGE?

Depending on the size of your order, you may receive separate packages that may arrive 1~2 business days apart.

OUT OF STOCK/ON ORDER ITEMS

If any of your items are out of stock, we will send you an email to let you know when we expect to ship them. If the items are not restocked within two weeks, we will automatically refund you for those items.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Our warehouse staff is very fast, so if you notice an error, please email us as soon as possible with your name and order number so we can try to catch your package before it leaves. There is no guarantee that we can change it, especially once it leaves our warehouse, but we will do everything we can!
