Refund policy

Digital products:  We do not offer refunds for our digital products, as they cannot be returned once downloaded. Nevertheless, we are always ready to address any questions or concerns to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase.

Physical products: You may return most new and unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund if the product arrives damaged (proof required). We will also cover the cost of return shipping if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

We require a receipt or proof of purchase to process your return.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days. Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable) If you have not yet received a refund, first recheck your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before the refund is posted.
